Yaniv Scorekeeper — Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Yaniv Scorekeeper (the "app"), made by RxOverdose (ABN 30 822 581 021). By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What the app is

Yaniv Scorekeeper is a simple scorekeeper for the card game Yaniv. It tracks scores across rounds and games. That's it.

2. What the app isn't

The app:

• Does not teach you how to play Yaniv
• Does not simulate or host gameplay
• Does not provide multiplayer or networked play
• Does not facilitate gambling, wagering, or any exchange of money or value between players

The app is a utility. You're responsible for the actual game.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app for its intended purpose: keeping score in a card game. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the app outside the App Store.

4. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We've built it with care, but we make no guarantees that it will be free of bugs, that scores will always save correctly, or that the app will work on every iOS version forever. Back up anything that matters.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RxOverdose is not liable for any losses or damages — including lost game data, disputed scores, or any indirect or consequential damages — arising from your use of the app. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after we update them means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be flagged in the app where possible.
